StitchCraft Class Policies

Payment guarantees your seat in a class. We cannot “hold” spots without payment, and seats are reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Registration can be completed at the shop, online, or via phone.

Classes may be cancelled for a full refund 7 days before the class. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior will be issued a Gift Certificate (store credit) for 50% of the Class Fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 3 days before a class. If we are able to fill your spot from a Waiting List we may issue you a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of students is not met. If this occurs, you will be notified at least 5 days prior to class and the Class Fee will be refunded. It is strongly suggested that you purchase your class supplies at StitchCraft to ensure you have the proper items. We truly appreciate your business!

Please be on time and prepared for class. If you have “homework” before the first class (for example, pre-cutting fabric), it will be clearly stated on your Class Supply List.

Please be mindful of other student’s allergies and sensitivities and do not wear heavily scented fragrances.

We do not provide sewing machines. If a sewing machine is required for class, please make sure you are familiar with your machine and ensure it is in proper working order. It is always a good idea to bring your machine manual to class.

We have a refrigerator and microwave that you are welcome to use if you bring a lunch/snack.
