The How Do You Do Project Bag
Posted by Johanna Fox on
Our customers are so crafty! Lynne H. used pieces from How Do You Do? by Keiko Goke for FreeSpirit Fabrics to make a knitting project bag and shared some photos with us.
The Project Bag
“I made this tote for my knitting from the Keiko Goke fabric. It has a drawstring closure and some zippered pockets,” said Lynne. “I love how her fabrics play together!”

The Pattern
We could not agree more! We were so excited we tracked down the pattern tutorial (with Lynne’s help of course) so we could share it with you. Here it is!
Agilejack’s Drawstring Knitting Project Bag is a creation of Anne Ibach and found on her blog Agilejack. As you see when you click the link to the tutorial Anne uses Kaffe Fassett Collective and batik fabrics for her bags. Two of our favorites!
Anne kindly allowed us to share this tutorial with you. Together we hope you make lots and lots of bags for your projects.
When is the last time you made a project bag? Tell us in the comments below.
